This performance-based class takes your Strip to Fit/Pussycat Doll Dance class to the next level! In the 10 weeks program, you get the opportunity to train like a professional dancer, spending about some time on traditional dance conditioning and core-training (taken from mainstream Jazz and Ballet techniques). For the remaining of the class, we learn sexy, exciting choreography (in which you can have input!) that will creatively evolve- both freestyle and choreographed.

By the end of the session, you will have trained and mastered one or two smokin’ dance routines, on a group level which we will perform with costumes, on film for your personal keeping.
This class is geared for women who are interested in building choreography and learning various performance techniques.
